Results Repeat was recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as the third “Best Place to Work” in the small business category. This is the first year Results Repeat has participated in this program.
“We actively strive to create a healthy, engaging work environment,” said Ellen Thompson, Founder of Results Repeat. “We were hopeful that we’d be named on the list, but were pleasantly surprised by the high ranking.”
Each year the Philadelphia Business Journal sends out a call for submissions in the Best Places to Work Awards. Companies ranging in size from 10 or more employees can enter, and businesses are ranked in small, medium, large and extra-large categories based on employee responses to employee engagement surveys. A record number of companies applied, and 35 of the companies honored were in the small business category.
Results Repeat’s flexible and responsive work environment was noted as one reason why it’s a great place to work. The company allows its employees the freedom to work from home and co-work in an office space one day a week. Results Repeat’s autonomous work environment provides a foundation for hyper-engaged and collaborative employees.
Having a seasoned entrepreneur at the helm doesn’t hurt. “I’ve never worked for a person as amazing as Ellen,” one employee wrote in the survey. “She leads by example, lets you know when you’re right or wrong, and genuinely cares about her employees both personally and professionally.”
