With a legacy spanning over 70 years in the manufacturing, importing and distributing of home décor products, The Basket Lady is a family-owned and operated business that specializes in offering handcrafted wicker baskets as decorative yet functional storage solutions. The company’s line of wicker baskets provides a wide array of everyday solutions, including covered storage, underbed storage, trunks, gathering baskets, serving trays. laundry baskets and hampers, and waste and recycling baskets.

The Challenge

After experiencing strong organic traffic and revenue growth, their website started to experience a decline in organic traffic in the fall of 2021. The primary reason was the absence of high rankings for non-branded keywords related to purchase intent. This lack of keywords related to commercial and transactional phrases was not only hampering audiences searching for wicker storage solutions but also those who were looking to convert.
