The Challenge

When Rincon Partners approached us to help promote the opening of their new apartment community and attract potential residents. At the time, the biggest challenge was building awareness of their property in a highly competitive market (Maricopa County, Arizona).

By the time the new property opened in the spring of 2021, the COVID-19 quarantine presented a whole new slate of unprecedented challenges, namely “How do you attract potential renters during a lockdown?”

SEO Performance Strategies

  • Performed extensive competitor and keyword research to identify the best target audiences, messages, and unique key phrases that synced with the highest search volume among renters looking to relocate to Arizona.
  • Tracked user engagement to the site through goal conversion tracking. Metrics included phone clicks, email clicks, and application form submissions.
  • Rephrased website content to include phrases like “remote workspace” as well as adding language addressing sanitation and safety to address audience concerns during the lockdown.

  • Created a new Google Business Profile (GBP) listing for the new property (Village Greens of Queens Creek) in May 2021.
