Employee Spotlight: Mike Isaac

Mike Isaac and Friends

Since coming on board just over seven months ago, Mike Isaac has seamlessly become a part of the paid search team as an account manager. His rich background of experience in marketing allows him to truly understand what clients need when it comes to paid advertising. When he’s not working on strategies, you might find him at the dog park with his four-legged friend, Dude.

How would you describe yourself in three words?

Creative, Thoughtful, Ambitious

It’s a typical Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m., what are you doing?

Hanging out with friends or taking my dog to the dog park

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?

It’s tough for me to say because there are so many places I want to go that I have not yet, but if I had to pick one, I would have to choose the Bahamas. It was incredible weather and fantastic views.

What characteristic do you most admire in others?

Compassion. People that are able to see the best in people and empathize with others I think is too rare these days.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

I would be a General Manager of a sports team. I’m a huge sports fan and I think it would be interesting to be able to basically play Fantasy Football or Basketball in real life.

What was the last gift you gave someone?

I gave my brother a dog DNA test to determine his dog’s breed for Christmas.

If you could give advice to your 13-year-old self, what would you say?

Focus on what you want to do. Enjoy the things in life that make you happy and don’t worry so much about what others want for you.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I have been playing music since I was 6 learning guitar, drums and bass. I used to be in a band in college where I was a drummer & backup singer.

What are three things still left on your bucket list?

Travel to all 50 states, see a live concert at the Red Rocks in Colorado, and go to Europe

What are you most proud of?

My family. If it weren’t for my parents supporting me and raising me the right way, I would never be where I am today.
