Independence Seaport Museum

Independence Seaport Museum’s mission is to discover Philadelphia’s river of history and world of connections. From its inception in 1960 through today, the museum is enthusiastically received by the Philadelphia community and beyond. In 2021, USA Today’s readers voted Independence Seaport Museum as one of the Top Ten Best History Museums of the year.
